DESCRIPTION:Blanket distribution was done among the villagers in Mebankati Panchayat\, Khankarishol (Mahtodih) village under the leadership of young social worker Vidyut Varan Mahto\, courtesy of Namya Smile Foundation. In such a situation\, Kunal Shadangi\, the founder of Naamyaa Smile Foundation\, came forward to help the villagers who were shivering from the frost. \nThe happiness on the faces of the villagers after receiving the blanket was worth seeing. DESCRIPTION:Stress is not a psychological illness. However\, high levels of too much stress can cause emotional well-being problems. We must become aware of our bodily reactions in stressful situations.  \nNational Stress Awareness Day is commemorated on the first Wednesday of November. This celebration aims to identify stressors and reduce them in people’s lives.  \nIt is very important to identify our stressors that negatively influence our mental and physical health and develop managing strategies for the same. The correlation between stress and mental health goes in two ways. High levels of stress may give rise to a mental disorder and having a mental illness can increase stress levels.  \nTo answer few of the many common questions like these Naamyaa came up with a talk show which on the Stress Awareness Day. \n\n Is stress always bad? \nA change of diet\, a little jogging and a good holiday will make one stress free? \nDoes stress come from external events and people?\nIs it that I will never be stressful if I don’t work at all – No Work No Stress? \nFriends suggest going for Smoke and Alcohol when I am very stressful\, How does it really help? \nDoes Stress always results in depression? DESCRIPTION:People usually say that thousands of people die of cold. But they die due to unavailability of woolen clothes and blankets. When it is next to impossible to even think about sleeping without the warmth of the blanket\, at the same time thousands of people shivering on the road. When the entire city enjoys the cold weather\, there are few under-privileged who are wearing minimum clothes on their bodies or living without a roof. Feeling their plight as ours\, we decided to start a drive of warm clothes distribution among the less privileged people of the society. We are planning to protect them from winter. By providing them warm clothes.\nKindly donate Blankets\, Sweater’s\, Warm winter caps and other warm clothes so that we can distribute it among them. \nPoor and helpless people sleep in rags on the footpath and roadside and die of cold. The poor people sleep close to each other during cold waves but how can one sleep without a blanket or quilt in such conditions. \nIn view of the severe cold\, today Naamyaa foundation distributed blankets among hundreds of needy people in Kakandishol village of Bankati Panchayat in Ghatshila block of East Singhbhum district.

DESCRIPTION:Naamyaa foundation is organizing Warm clothes distribution in association with Rotary club of Jamshedpur steel city \nIt is that time of the year where winter is a curse on northern India’s underprivileged people. Survival is difficult for the poor\, but winter creates additional burden on them. It is a desperate struggle for the homeless and poor to survive the winter season. This winter\, charity blankets and other warm clothes donations will help us to provide warm clothes to homeless. \nThere is no better gift than providing warm clothing to the needy during the winter season. Many homeless experience bitterness of winter and are at a great risk of suffering from severe illnesses. The rise in air pollution levels and the early onset of winter this year have made them vulnerable\, but at the same time it has given us an opportunity to serve humanity by donating warm clothes to the needy. This winter\, become a part of our mission.
